Deep muscle massage where the masseur works the whole muscle from source to attachment. The treatment leads to increased blood flow and loosens up accumulated waste products. You discuss how hard the massage should be with your masseur.

Physiotherapeutic treatment:
Treatment of musculoskeletal problems, ie. joints, muscles, ligaments and nerve tissue using massage, mobilization and stretching techniques and exercise therapy. Our knowledge of anatomy, physiology and injury context enables us to explore, organize and give you a treatment to help you with your particular problem.
