Hundreds of possibilities in a fitness centre in constant development

 

Our modern fitness center has 4 indoor fitness studios with group fitness classes 7 days a week. Furthermore, we have a vast number of aqua classes in all pools in the Water Culture Park.

Our fitness area is open to our members 24/7, and we have classes from early morning to late evening in our fitness studios. We have something for everybody – regardless of preferences and time of day.

Kids aged between 10 and 15 can utilize the cardio equipment in the fitness area with parents’ consent.

Please note, that DGI Huset Herning cooperates with antidoping Denmark via the DGI organization.

During a regular training week you have literally a hundred classes to choose from at DGI Huset Herning..

House Rules

House Rules

We aim to create the best possible training experience for everybody and ask you to please follow the house rules and show respect for other guests as well as keeping a positive tone.

  • Clean/dry off machines after use
  • Please use the changing rooms for changing clothes. Do not stow away your change of clothes or bags in the fitness area. Please use the designated cabinets in the fitness area and changing rooms.
  • Children are only allowed in the fitness area when accompanied by an adult. Children must give way to adults at all machines.
  • Indoor shoes must be used in the fitness area.
  • Members are obliged to inform the employee from DGI Huset Herning of any and all issues pertaining to the preparation of a personal training program.
  • The utilization of the fitness area is at your own risk. However, please inform the staff if you discover defective equipment
  • The membership fee will be adjusted according to the development.
  • Should you lose your access bracelet please inform the DGI Huset Herning immediately by e-mail or phone. A new bracelet will be issued for a fee of DKK 100,-
  • We strive towards keeping the fitness centre open all weekdays from 06.00 to 22.00 and weekends from 08.00 to 20.00.
    We are open for members 24/7
  • Please note that special events or maintenance may cause a temporary shutdown.
