Show up to our popular sauna aufguss rituals. Our skilled colleagues will give you an amazing aroma experience allowing your mind and memories to run free.
Our daily sauna aufguss rituals are very popular and often full. So, show up early in order to secure a spot. The short sauna aufguss rituals create a multi-sensory experience with aroma therapy by pouring essential oils mixed with water on the hot stones of the sauna.
The water, containing particles of essential oil, vaporizes once in contact with the stones and spreads throughout the sauna as the aufgussmeister swings the towel rhythmically. This will give the participants a boost of heat.
They say that 80 percent of all aromas trigger positive feelings and memories in us. Therefore, it is really nice to be influenced by aromas such as citrus and lemon grass on a grey and dark winters day, as it will direct our thoughts to vacations and sunny days.
